General Terms and Conditions of WeinStein
Dear guest, we would like to kindly ask you to respect our terms and conditions. By making your reservation at WeinStein, you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
Conclusion of the contract:
By reservation and acceptance of the accommodation, a contract has been concluded to accommodate the guest.
Arrival and Departure:
The vacation apartment is at your disposal from 4 p.m. At the day of the departure, you may stay until 11 a.m.
Payment:
The amount agreed upon is to be paid at your arrival in cash.
Travel cancellation:
We recommend to you a travel cancellation insurance.
We offer you cancellation free of charge until 8 weeks before your arrival. If you cancel after this moment, the whole amount is due. Should WeinStein succeed in giving the vacation apartment to another guest, you are freed from the obligation to pay the whole amount.
Liability:
The guest is liable for all damage caused by him.
WeinStein is not to be held liable for things owned by the guest.
Final provisions:
A verbal agreement becomes effective only when confirmed in writing by WeinStein.
The Court of Bernkastel-Kues has jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement and its performance.
